Mary Elizabeth Raines has written all of her adult life. Her first stories, written for children, were published in the 1970s. She has been a reporter, a features writer who wrote many in-depth interviews for newspapers, a magazine columnist since 2011 for “The Journal of Hypnotism,” is the author of both fiction and non-fiction, and has taught writing classes. She has won a number of awards for her work.
